Once we have this
information from you we can give you a better estimate
of the cost
involved
and turnaround time for
your project. We may still require some additional
information but this should get us started.
When you are ready
to get started, we will draw up a
'Preliminary Design Agreement'. This agreement will explain the design fees,
copyright/ownership of the design, drawings, and models. Per that
agreement we will create a
computerize rendering of your project and send you any
requested samples for your approval. There
is a non-refundable fee of $200.00 for each design
concept/rendering. This fee can be used toward the total
cost of the protect.
Following your concept approval, we will send you a 'Design Approval Form'
to sign off on.
Then we will draw up a 'Purchase Agreement' which will
outline the total cost and further details of the
project. Once these forms are signed and we begin
work on your project, any
further
modifications or
design changes must be submitted in
writing via a 'Change Of Work Order'. Such changes will be subject to additional fees.
Pricing/Payment
Terms
Our in stock production model tables start at $2500.00 for
an 8' table complete with
office chairs and delivery. Prices
for a custom piece can run up into the mid 5 figure range depending on
the design, size, and materials used. A 50% deposit is required
to start work on your project along with the signed
Purchase Agreement. Please feel free to
